Interior Landscape was done in 2009. In the Somatic work that I do, skeletal relationship is where we focus. We hone our knowledge and navigational skill of this relational quality through experiencial movement processes that are subject to one's autonomous presence in the moment. It's wonderful to be able to to sense a rib cage shift into a a rib basket. The workis imbued with metaphor; it's content, movement intelligence; How to Become a Smarter Mover.
